RECAP: UCF Volleyball swept by Miami in 305 challenge

UCF volleyball suffered its first loss of the season in a highly-contested sweep against the Miami Hurricanes on Saturday in Miami for the 305 Challenge.The Knights missed the margin in every set by two points, keeping it neck-and-neck throughout the night.

UCF women's soccer wins in final seconds against LSU 2-1

In a nail-biting finish, the UCF women’s soccer team continued its undefeated streak with a 2-1 win against the LSU Tigers at the UCF Soccer Complex on Sunday.The Knights capitalized early in the game with a goal by redshirt freshman midfielder Gabi Berchon in the 4th minute, assisted by junior midfielder Honoka Hamano.The Tigers kept the ball on the Knights' side of the field for the rest of the first half and took seven corner kicks, ending the night with nine total.

UCF men’s soccer falls short to UNC 3-1

UCF men's soccer could not hold onto an early lead in its season opener on Thursday, losing 3-1 against the North Carolina Tar Heels at Dorrance Field.

The first and only goal for the Knights was made by junior forward Lilian Ricol in the 21st minute, his first as a Knight. Ricol previously spent his first two seasons with Chambly-Oise, a professional club in his home country of France.

UCF hires Scott Frost as head coach

Former UCF head coach Scott Frost will return as the Knights head coach, replacing former head coach Gus Malzahn, UCF announced Saturday.UCF football confirmed Frost as the new head coach on several social media platforms and in an article on the UCF Athletics website. DJ Khaled set to perform at Memory Mall for the Big Noon Kickoff show

Early Wednesday morning DJ Khaled announced that he will be performing Saturday on the Big Noon Kickoff show.
"I'm joining Big Noon Kickoff for the biggest party of the weekend at the University of Central Florida and you don't want to miss it," Khaled said in his post on Instagram.Gates are set to open at 8:30 a.m. Saturday so students can catch a glimpse of Khaled's performance, as well as the rest of the Big Noon Kickoff show at 10 a.m.

UCF reveals 2024 space game football jerseys

UCF's 2024 space game uniforms were revealed at the UCF Barnes & Noble and the UCF Bookstore on Wednesday. Students gathered around as staff rolled out two racks with black tarps draped over them. As the clock hit 3:21 p.m., staff unzipped the tarps to unveil the brand-new "Mission VIII" jerseys. Immediately upon the reveal of the jerseys, students rushed to take a closer look at what the UCF football team will be repping for the space game.

UCF overcomes 21-point deficit, defeats TCU

The Knights (3-0) tied for the largest comeback in program history, defeating TCU (2-1) 35-34 on the road on Saturday.The Horned Frogs led the Knights 28-7 early in the second half, but the Knights retaliated with four touchdowns to come back from the deficit. Running back RJ Harvey sets personal record as the Knights pummel Sam Houston

Fifth-year running back RJ Harvey had a historic night on Saturday as the Knights (2-0) took down Sam Houston (1-1) 45-14 at FBC Mortgage Stadium.Harvey scored four touchdowns for the Knights, tying the UCF record for most touchdowns scored by an individual in a single game. The record was last tied in 2021 by former UCF running back Isaiah Bowser. Harvey ran for 126 of the team's 384 rushing yards.
