UCF's 2024 space game uniforms were revealed at the UCF Barnes & Noble and the UCF Bookstore on Wednesday. Students gathered around as staff rolled out two racks with black tarps draped over them. As the clock hit 3:21 p.m., staff unzipped the tarps to unveil the brand-new "Mission VIII" jerseys. Immediately upon the reveal of the jerseys, students rushed to take a closer look at what the UCF football team will be repping for the space game.

Fifth-year running back RJ Harvey had a historic night on Saturday as the Knights (2-0) took down Sam Houston (1-1) 45-14 at FBC Mortgage Stadium.Harvey scored four touchdowns for the Knights, tying the UCF record for most touchdowns scored by an individual in a single game. The record was last tied in 2021 by former UCF running back Isaiah Bowser. Harvey ran for 126 of the team's 384 rushing yards.
