About Me

Ever since I was little, I was told by those closest to me that I had a creative flame. Rather it be in the stories I'd write in my free time or my passion for music, I have always worked extra hard to let my personality shine in everything I do. I always knew I was a strong writer, but it wasn't until High School that I discovered my passion for storytelling. Not stories like those in fairytale books, but stories about the world we live in today. I have also always been an avid sports fan, mostly for football. When I told my parents that I had found my true passion, my dad gave me the genius idea to pursue sports journalism. I haven't looked back since.

Besides my life as a writer, I am also an active musician. I have been playing percussion since the 5th grade and have participated in high school marching and wind ensemble, as well as various honor bands, and currently the UCF Concert Band. I whole heartedly believe that becoming a percussionist is one of the best decisions I've ever made, and making music to this day is my favorite thing to do.
